Peaceful Mama Breakthrough

We will do that by following my 3 step process of assessing, planning and implementing so here is what that looks like with my 4 Coaching Pillars.

  • PIllar #1. Peaceful Mama Coaching: This includes weekly 1:1 coaching calls. Using a combination of my questionnaire and our kick-off call together, we will establish your goals and systems to implement. Each subsequent call throughout our 90 days will transform you into a mama who lives calmly and peacefully.
  • Pillar #2. Peaceful Mama Blueprint: This includes pre-recorded training videos. Meaning, I’ll teach you the ins and outs of eliminating the overwhelm and living with calm intention: a) Creating your plan b) Automating tasks c) Delegating d) Eliminating draining tasks e) Prioritizing f) Planning
  • PIllar #3. Peaceful Mama Training: This includes biweekly group coaching calls to keep you accountable, get detailed feedback, and maintain motivation toward your goals. Meaning every other week you’re able to get on a call with me and other mamas learning the same concepts with you, learn from them and their questions, and ask your specific questions so you never feel alone.
  • Pillar #4. Direct Access to Laura: This includes email or Marco Polo access to me between calls where you can ask me any question that comes to mind and solve any challenge. Meaning you will have the founder and creator of this program in your back pocket so you never have a chance to get stuck.
